On Demand Video Training Series

CRC recognizes that nonprofit organizations in Colorado are navigating unchartered waters amid the reality of changing government grants, funding cuts, and economic uncertainty. Therefore, the need for quality training options around grants and diversified funding streams has never been more critical. On Demand video trainings can be used during nonprofit retreats, board meetings or for staff to watch independently and then brought together to discuss a topic.

To provide flexibility and personalization, CRC is offering a personal coaching session with an experienced nonprofit coach to answer specific questions after participants watch the training. This 1-on-1 session bridges the gap between a live virtual event and a recorded one by offering individualized coaching based on the unique situation of each nonprofit.

Available in both Spanish and English! Here are the most popular training courses:

Leading Boards Through Times of Change

Change is constant in the nonprofit sector, and how boards and executive directors navigate it together makes all the difference. This workshop brings you candid, experience-based guidance from leaders who’ve been in the room when things got hard. Hear real stories, practical tools, and honest conversations from executive directors and board leaders who’ve navigated the hardest moments in nonprofit governance.

Cultivating Effective and Committed Boards

Most boards do not struggle because they lack bylaws, policies, or governance structures. Most boards struggle because there is a disconnect between what the organization needs, who is sitting around the board table, and how board members are engaged, equipped, and empowered to lead. As organizations grow and evolve, so too must their boards. This training moves beyond foundational governance concepts and explores how organizations can intentionally cultivate boards that are aligned with their mission, responsive to their current season, and equipped to support long-term organizational success.
